Meet Alek Pirkhalo, Co-Founder of Lotatech

Jul 17, 2019

I am Alek Pirkhalo, and I’m one of the co-founders of Lotatech. I also manage an IT firm in the Chicago area.

In the IT business, we get asked a multitude of questions on business challenges. We used to answer those questions the same way any other IT company would. We would suggest network equipment, some type of SaaS program, a Microsoft product, or any other off-the-shelf type of product.

While one of these solutions may be a good fit while a company is small, once the company starts growing, all the little nuances with these types of solutions can impact your bottom line.

Some examples might include software packages don’t talk to each other, duplicate data, or menial data entry tasks. Things like these can result in errors or delays.

Lotatech was born to fill this gap. We’re a good fit for companies that have a unique process in place but don’t have a good single software solution that can be purchased off the shelf.

Alek Pirkhalo’s Background

Alek Pirkhalo has been designing, developing, and engineering telecommunications- and IT-related products and services since 2009. An expert at creating processes and systems that maintain and continuously improve how companies use IT, Alek’s focus on business continuity ensures that problems are anticipated and prevented so that clients experience a stronger return on investment (ROI).

To fill the gap between clients’ present state and their business goals, Alek knew that many client’s challenges needed custom software. And so Lotatech was born!

In addition to being a Co-Founder of Lotatech, Alek is CEO and Co-Founder of Infiniwiz – a leading Chicago-based provider of managed IT services, cloud services, IT consulting, help desk support, business VoIP phone systems, and outsourced CTO services.
